What is the booking process for Krystal Events?
The process is seamless:
  1. Consultation: Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 7020915500) or phone with your date, city, and scope.
  2. Design & Proposal: We provide 3D layout options, service packages, and transparent itemized estimates.
  3. Lock-in: A token advance confirms your date and blocks all primary vendors and artists exclusively for you.
  4. Execution: Dedicated event directors oversee rehearsals, fabrication, and live coordination.
Celebrity artists have performance fees along with standard technical and hospitality riders (air travel, 5-star hotel rooms, ground VIP logistics, and dedicated sound requirements). As official managers, we negotiate direct rates with zero agency markups and manage all logistics end-to-end.
Yes! While our central hub is Nagpur, Maharashtra, our production units travel extensively across Goa, Udaipur, Jaipur, Raipur, Bhopal, Hyderabad, and overseas destinations.
Payments are structured into milestone stages: a booking token upon signing, progress payments during fabrication, and the remaining settlement prior to event day. In case of unforeseen date changes, we offer flexible postponement rescheduling within a 12-month period based on vendor calendar availability.
Yes! Whether you require turnkey 360-degree wedding management or individual specialized solutions like Baraat on Wheels, Varmala SFX Pyro, Live Sufi Band, or Sound & Truss engineering, we cater to modular service bookings.
